PHOTOVOLTAIC SECTOR

Tiemes carried out the following main services for Falck Renewables SpA, now Renantis Italia srl, between 2020 and 2022 for an 8.2 MWp agrivoltaics plant in the municipality of Manzano, Udine:

Consultancy for site identification after probability of authorization analysis,
Setting up contract with the land owner,
Grid connection request, follow-up and design,
Basic engineering and environmental impact studies for regional authorization,
Design changes due to requests from authorizing bodies,
Assistance for implementation.

WIND SECTOR

Tiemes carried out the following main services for Sorgenia SpA between 2006 and 2008, for a 12 MW wind farm in the municipalities of S.Martino in Pensilis and Ururi, Campobasso, lately sold to Engie Energie Italia Srl:

Consultancy for site identification after wind masts analysis of various possibilities in the region,
Setting up contracts with owners with notarial delegation,
Grid connection request, follow-up and design of new SE adjacent to 150 kV node,
Basic engineering and environmental impact studies for regional authorization,
Design changes due to requests from authorizing bodies,
Assistance for implementation.

HYDRAULIC AND INFRASTRUCTURE SECTOR

Tiemes carried out the following main activities for Enel Greenpower SpA between 2020 and 2023, for hydroelectric plants in the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines:

Modernization feasibility analysis,
Intervention design and tender specifications,
Executive, structural and hydraulic engineering,
Construction works management.

CIVIL INSTALLATIONS SECTOR

Tiemes carried out the nZEB (near Zero Energy Building) design of new and existing electricity station typological buildings between 2020 and 2022 for Terna Rete Italia SpA, including:

energy diagnosis of existing buildings on the national territory with definition of possible improvement interventions,
definition of energy requirements according to the most updated regulations,
design of mechanical, electrical (including photovoltaic system) and special systems for newly built stations.

SUSTAINABILITY CONSULTING SECTOR

Tiemes collaborated between 2020 and 2024 on the adaptation of an office building renovation project, worth around 8 M€, in the center of Milan, for Generali Real Estate SpA, to make it suitable for LEED and WELL certification.

Tiemes has led the certification process, working on all documents, including hourly energy simulation, visual simulations and efficiency analyzes and coordinating the contractor’s LEED consultant, GREENWICH srl, the Commissioning Authority, RINA Consulting SpA, and the WELL Performance Verification Agent, Macrodesignstudio srl.

It also carried out studies useful for the ESG classification of this and other buildings of the same owner.

GAS SECTOR

Between 2020 and 2021, Tiemes carried out consultancy for the authorizability assessment and definition of the value of a package of biomethane production projects from various sources, under development by a European company, for a European infrastructure investment fund, with various other plants in operation.
